Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Source To Soul Reiki, LLC, I am committed to providing a supportive, respectful, and high-quality experience for all clients and students. Your time and healing journey are deeply valued. To honor the energy and preparation required for appointments and classes, this policy has been carefully and thoughtfully crafted.

Please review the refund and cancellation policies below for Reiki classes, workshops, and private appointments.

Certification Classes & Workshops

Non-Refundable Deposits
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot in any certification class. This deposit covers administrative costs, materials, and ensures your commitment to the class.

Cancellation and Refunds
-More than 3 months before the class:
Cancellations made more than 3 months prior to the scheduled class date are eligible for a full refund, excluding the non-refundable deposit.
– Within 3 months of the class:
Cancellations made within 3 months of the scheduled class date are not eligible for a refund. However, monies paid may be transferred one time to a future class offered within 18 months from the original class date, subject to availability.

No-Shows
No refunds will be issued for no-shows.

Attendance
No refunds or partial credits will be given for partial attendance. In cases of emergencies, we will do our best to work out a solution.

Rescheduling
While every effort will be made to avoid rescheduling, Source To Soul Reiki, LLC reserves the right to reschedule any class if necessary. In such cases, you will be notified promptly, and your reserved spot will be transferred to the next available class.

Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel within 48 hours of the class due to unforeseen circumstances such as illness, please contact us as soon as possible. A one-time transfer to a future class may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Appointments / Sessions

No-Shows
No-shows will result in forfeiture of payment. Appointments delayed by 15 minutes or more will be considered a cancellation without refund.

Rescheduling
If Source To Soul Reiki, LLC needs to reschedule your appointment, you will be contacted promptly to arrange a future date.
If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. You may reschedule yourself online or contact Sandy directly.
Due to booking demands, cancellations will not be refunded, but they may be rescheduled one time.
Note: Weather-related situations will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Emergencies happen. If you need to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, such as illness, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with you to either reschedule your appointment or move it to a same-day distance session.
